Dongbu Feng has several exclusive features on our site, here are a few of the newest:

  • Dongbu Feng Widget - A widget for Mac computers that gives you the latest DF site news, forum posts, blogs, and podcasts!

C-Box Page/Rules

In case you haven't noticed, yes this is a different C-Box. The other C-Box was a premium one (which means you have to pay) and I figured it doesn't make any sense to keep paying for something we could be getting for free. So yeah it is a downgrade but we can live with it I think! There was no way I could downgrade the other C-Box so we get a whole new one, isn't that special? Anyway, enjoy!

Meng is an inhabitant of the village seen in "The Fortuneteller." She helps around in Aunt Wu’s fortune telling ‘business’ by sometimes providing snacks for the customers, as well as other things we may haven’t seen. She is a very lively and joyful, young (roughly the age of nine or ten) however, it seems as if she’s thirsting a bit of romance in her life (But hey! Who isn’t?).

When Aang and the gang fall into Meng’s village and in to get their fortune’s told, Aang catches Meng’s eye.  We lea soon after that that Aunt Wu predicted Meng would marry a man with big ears, and a townsperson notices Aang has big ears and asks her about it, but Meng quickly shoves her out the door.  Upon seeing him, she develops a crush, only to be completely ignored by Aang.  While at first she desperately tries to catch his attention with her admirable personality, she soon realizes that maybe Aang isn’t the guy for her.  Soon, she confronts him and Aang comforts her, yet confirms her fears, but soon they both move on to more important things.

Meng also has a sense of humor (or maybe it’s just mixed disappointment and anger), shown near the end of The Fortuneteller, with her comment aimed at Katara, “Floozy.”
