The Circus Leader seems to be a man who will willingly do anything for the Fire Lord. When he meets the daughter of the Fire Lord and she asks him to set the net on fire and release the wild animals during Ty Lee's performance, he does it. He is a Firebender and seems to be around 50 years old. His circus seems to have attracted a handful of people.
Other than that, however, nothing is known of him. He runs his circus as best he can, and has ample respect for his superiors, even when they’re three times younger than him. Character description written by air_gurl13
