Last Appeared: The Waterbending Master Fanlistings: None Captain Li was a very, very brief character seen in “The Waterbending Master.” He is obviously a man with no patience and lots of ambition, as when Zhao told him the Avatar was most likely heading to the Northern Water Tribe to learn Waterbending, he wanted to go and get him right away. But Zhao had other plans. Obviously, he is a Captain in the Fire Nation Military. But besides that, he is a mystery. We don’t know what forces he commands, or even what power he yields. |
