This man is a cold and heartless animal trainer. His mission is to “break” animals and train them well enough to perform flawlessly during circus performances. Sometimes this drives him to cross the line a bit.

He works for the man known as the “Circus Leader” or “Circus Master.” Yeah he’s apart of the Fire Nation circus we suspect is located in the Earth Kingdom somewhere.

Not much is known about this character, other than he seems determined to get results out of the animals he trains, no matter what the cost. When in the ring he uses a giant string of fire to control his animals. This, combined with all the other fire he threw at Appa, made the flying bison pyrophobic. Appa essentially made a fool of the trainer, though, escaping from him and even knocking him on the floor once and causing the spectators to laugh.
