In case you haven't noticed, yes this is a different C-Box. The other C-Box was a premium one (which means you have to pay) and I figured it doesn't make any sense to keep paying for something we could be getting for free. So yeah it is a downgrade but we can live with it I think! There was no way I could downgrade the other C-Box so we get a whole new one, isn't that special? Anyway, enjoy!

Dylan here and the hard work by all of the editors for the Avatar articles at Wikipedia have produced the "Seasons of Avatar: The Last Airbender" featured topic! A featured topic on Wikipedia is a series articles that are related to each other that are some of Wikipedia's best articles. The "Seasons of Avatar" featured topic consists of the Episode List, Season 1 article, the Season 2 article, and the Season 3 article. The credit goes to all of us at the Avatar Task Force on Wikipedia (Don't thank me personally for this, I have barely done any work on the season articles)!
Dylan here, and Michael Chen, an 11-year-old has auditioned for a part in "The Last Airbender" last Tuesday, according to poughkeepisejournal.com. I can't really think of any major roles he would be trying out for since Aang has already been casted, so it will probably be a minor one.
In other movie news, the Philly.com has information about how you can be an extra in the movie:
"Director-writer-producer M. Night Shyamalan is casting for The Last Airbender, a live-action film from Paramount and Nickelodeon based on the Nickelodeon animated series, shooting here from mid-March through July. ... The O.C.'s Jackson Rathbone has been named as Sokka. Casting folks are looking for extras to play soldiers, martial artists, dancers, gymnasts, athletes and families - specifically physically fit people from 18 to 65 years old. The open call will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Bullies restaurant at the Wachovia Spectrum. You're asked to dress casually or in the traditional costume of your family's ethnic background. Info:
or 215-574-7878."
So according to this, shooting for the movie will begin mid-March and go until July.
Dylan here. In an interview for MTV, Jackson Rathbone talks about his role of Sokka in "The Last Airbender." He says that this is a chance to show his range as an actor, also saying that he likes the show and that is he starting to do martial arts training, among other things. Addressing the concern that he may not look like Sokka:
"'I think it's one of those things where I pull my hair up, shave the sides, and I definitely need a tan,' he said of the transformation he'll go through to look more like Sokka. 'It's one of those things where, hopefully, the audience will suspend disbelief a little bit.'
Dylan here and you can meet "Aang" in a Royal Caribbean International Nick Cruise this summer. According to the Sun Sentinel, "One of the family cruises will be on Mariner of the Seas from Los Angeles to the Western Mexican Riviera on July 26, 2009 and another one on the Freedom of the Seas from Port Canaveral to the Eastern Caribbean on Aug. 9. 2009." There are different Nick activities, and of course, you can meet Aang.
Dylan here and Time Warner has dropped Viacom. Time Warner's 13 million subscribers will be losing 19 Viacom channels, including Nickelodeon. Time Warner is the nation's 2nd biggest cable system operator. This will take effect at 12:01 on January 1st. All I can say is, it's good this didn't happen a couple months earlier while Avatar was still running.
UPDATE: Time Warner and Viacom have reached an agreement. Time Warner subscribers will not lose the Viacom channels.
