Jake here. Ready for something cool? Jeff (Serpent_Guard) has done some really amazing work yet again!
Each of the 3 DVD Box set covers are linked to below. But there's a twist, if you look closer (use the zoom feature as the image likely will not show in its entirety), you will see each cover is actually made up of screenshots of that season's episodes! If that isn't freakin' cool I don't know what is. Check them out:
Also, in case you guys didn't listen to the latest podcast, Jeff will be leaving us for a while (2 years actually). He'll be leaving at the end of the year on December 31st. He has been a valuable member to DF and the fandom overall as a whole. If you'd like you can make a comment in the C-Box, thanking him for all he's done. He will be missed.

Dylan here and in more movie news, slashfilm has reported that James Newton Howard will be composing The Last Airbender's score! Howard has worked with Shalymalan in the past, and has recently worked with Hans Zimmer on The Dark Night's score. Thanks to momo4life for the heads up!
Opinion: I know some people were hoping for the Track Team to score the movie, but that really wasn't a realistic hope. I think any way you look at this, it's good news. He has worked on numerous movies in the past and has been nominated for several Oscars. |

Jake here, and yes it is finally time to reveal my list of all the episodes of Avatar, from number 1 to number 61. For those of you who have really good memories, you know this week was a big week in Avatar history - the 3-year anniversary of the season 1 finale "The Siege of the North" airing on TV for the first time was on Tuesday. On Monday, there was the 2-year anniversary of the season 2 finale, and Sunday was the one-year anniversary of "The Day of Black Sun." Because of this historic week, I thought it would be proper to post my much-anticipated rankings (at least anticipated by Nico ;)).
So click the "Read more" link for the much-anticipated episode rankings! |
